Return Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on full priced clothing items in original condition (unwashed, unworn, etc) with tags intact unless otherwise noted. Please use the contact form or email me within 3 days after receiving your order to begin the return/exchange process. Include your name, order number, and a brief message explaining the situation so I can best help you. If you do not message me within the timeframe noted, your return will not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sale items cannot be returned.

Items purchased with a discount code cannot be returned.

All crystals are final sale. No returns.

Any order that is deemed “not deliverable” and returned to me because of an incorrect address will incur an additional shipping fee when it is sent out again. The buyer will be charged for this cost and will be responsible for providing their correct address before the package is re-shipped. The exact information you enter at checkout is used for your shipping label - please double check your info is correct before purchasing to avoid this inconvenience!

Cancellations
After an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please use the contact form to message me if you have any questions about your order.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system.

Refunds
A return is processed once the item is delivered back to me it’s original condition. All refunds will be automatically issued to your original form of payment when I process a return. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process and make available in your account.

Processing Times & Shipping
***All orders are shipped out from my studio within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase*** You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is sent out. The shipping option you choose at checkout determines how quickly the shipping carrier gets your package to you once I drop it off at the post office - it does not determine how quickly I will pack and ship it. For instance, if you choose USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express, that does not mean I’m prioritizing packing and shipping your order before others - it means USPS is handling the package as that specific mail class once I drop it off to them. Each mail class (First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express) has different estimated time frames for delivery based on the destination of the package. International Shipping
I ship worldwide! International buyers are responsible for shipping costs which will automatically be calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
